ZENSO LITE is a 30-day weight management programme built around three products made with Kurozu, a black vinegar traditionally brewed in Kagoshima, Japan.

What is the difference between LITE and ADVANCE?
ZENSO LITE includes three products: KURO DAITTO, KURO OIRU and KURO SHUGA. ZENSO ADVANCE includes the same three plus KURO MIZU, a berries and plum botanical beverage.
Can I mix Chocolate and Vanilla?
Yes. Choose “Mix” above, then tell us how you’d like it split in the order notes at checkout.
Can vegetarians take ZENSO?
ZENSO contains milk (whey protein), and KURO OIRU contains chitosan, which is commonly derived from shellfish. Please check the packaging, or WhatsApp us and we’ll help confirm.
Will I feel hungry on the programme?
Some people do at first while adjusting to a new routine. Drink plenty of water, and WhatsApp us so we can suggest suitable meal and snack choices.
Can I exercise during the programme?
Yes, regular physical activity is encouraged as part of a healthy lifestyle. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
Can I take ZENSO if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
